Matt Coburn has two children, Elliot (Eli) and Katrina (Katie). His wife Brandi went to be with the Lord in January 2015 after a 3 1/2 year battle with cancer. Matt grew up in Boston and Pittsburgh, was educated at Princeton University (BA 1991) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (1996), and then served in campus ministry for 15 years in the northeast and overseas. He first came to Trinity in 2003 as a member, served as an elder, and then was married in 2007 and went overseas 2008-2010 before returning to New Haven and joining the Trinity staff in 2011. Matt's pastoral responsibilities include overseeing Trinity's small groups, children's ministry, and college ministry.
Nick and his wife Beth have lived in New Haven since 2005, and are excited to be a part of what God is doing in and through Trinity. Originally from Pennsylvania, Nick received his B.A. from Messiah College (2003) and his M.Div. from Yale Divinity School (2008). In his spare time, you'll probably find Nick enjoying New Haven playgrounds with his family, pillaging used bookstores, and drinking (probably too much) coffee. He and Beth have been married since 2004 and have three children, Jack, Claire, and Owen. In addition to preaching and teaching, Nick's pastoral responsibilities include overseeing corporate worship services, youth ministry, and our internship program.
